Digital Hygiene

Protect what you work for

Digital Hygiene is SWS’s flagship course built for workers who want to protect their paycheck, identity, benefits, banking, email, phone, and family information.

This is not complicated cybersecurity training. It is practical, plain English digital protection for real life.

Workers are now expected to manage payroll, banking, healthcare, benefits, retirement, passwords, apps, email, phones, and personal accounts online. But most workers were never taught how one stolen login, weak password, or fake link can put those systems at risk.

Digital Hygiene teaches workers how to strengthen account security, use safer passwords, recognize scams, protect personal information, and understand how one compromised account can affect many parts of their life.

The course is self paced, supported by weekly live classes, and includes a full class archive so workers can learn, review, and build stronger habits on their own schedule.

Working With AI 101

AI is changing work. Workers deserve to understand it.

Working With AI 101 is SWS’s foundational course built for workers who want to understand AI, use it responsibly, and stay ready as more workplace systems begin using it.

This is not a tech course for programmers. It is plain-English AI training for real working people.

AI is starting to show up in scheduling, training, documentation, customer service, payroll, healthcare, logistics, communication, and workplace systems. Workers are being asked to use new tools, trust new systems, and adapt fast, often without clear guidance.

Working With AI 101 gives workers the practical knowledge they need to understand what AI is, how it works, what it can and cannot do, how it may affect their job, and how to use it without exposing personal, workplace, or customer information.

The goal is not to turn workers into AI experts.

The goal is to help workers stay confident, informed, and in control as AI becomes part of everyday work.

The course is self paced, supported by weekly live classes, and includes a full class archive so workers can learn, review, and build stronger AI habits on their own schedule.
