Sovereign Workforce Solutions LLC is a worker focused education company dedicated to helping working people protect themselves in the modern digital economy. Founded in late 2025 by Jason Lord and David Graves, with a combined 35 years in the union workforce and 15 years of union leadership experience, Sovereign Workforce Solutions was built around a problem we kept seeing: the workforce is changing faster than workers are being trained to keep up.
Today, working people are not just dealing with jobs, contracts, wages, benefits, and retirement. They are also living inside digital systems that touch almost every part of their lives: payroll portals, banking apps, healthcare accounts, insurance platforms, tax systems, retirement accounts, email, phones, passwords, identity verification, and workplace technology.
That creates real risk.
Your phone, email, and online accounts are now the control center for your life. When one account is compromised, the damage does not always stay in one place. It can spread into your paycheck, bank account, insurance, benefits, credit, and personal identity.

His experience ranges from high stakes, multi million and billion-dollar contract negotiations to representing and fighting for individual workers when they needed support the most. Jason has dedicated his professional life to protecting working people, strengthening labor standards, and making sure workers have a real voice in the systems that affect their lives.
In addition to his labor leadership experience, Jason brings deep expertise in digital asset management, digital protection, and modern workforce security. He understands that the workplace is changing, and that workers now face new risks tied to technology, identity, financial systems, insurance platforms, payroll access, and digital accounts.
Through Sovereign Workforce Solutions, Jason is focused on helping workers protect themselves in this new economy. His mission is to bring practical education, digital protection training, and worker-first strategy to a workforce that is being forced to navigate systems most people were never taught to understand.

David Graves

His experience includes fighting for working people in Washington, D.C., Sacramento, and Minneapolis, where he has worked as a labor strategist, lobbyist, advocate, and educator. David’s work has always been driven by a deep belief that workers deserve real protection, real education, and a stronger voice in the systems that shape their lives.
Coming from humble beginnings, David has never forgotten the workers the system often overlooks. That perspective has shaped his commitment to protecting working people both on the floor and in the policy spaces where decisions are made.
Over the years, David has developed expertise in digital protection, insurance systems, labor law, and workforce strategy. Through Sovereign Workforce Solutions, he is focused on helping workers understand and defend themselves against the new threats emerging in the modern economy.
David is dedicated to building a stronger 21st-century labor movement, and he believes that starts with giving workers practical knowledge of the digital systems that now control their money, identity, benefits, insurance, payroll, and access to work.
