Our Story
Sovereign Workforce Solutions LLC is a worker-focused education company built to help working people protect themselves in the modern digital economy. Founded in late 2025 by Jason Lord and David Graves, Sovereign Workforce Solutions was created from a problem we kept seeing firsthand: the workforce is changing faster than workers are being trained to keep up.
Together, Jason and David bring more than 35 years of experience in the union workforce and 20 years of union leadership experience. Through that work, we saw how much responsibility workers are being asked to carry, not just on the job, but in every part of their lives.
Today, working people are not only dealing with jobs, contracts, wages, benefits, and retirement. They are also living inside digital systems that touch almost everything: payroll portals, banking apps, healthcare accounts, insurance platforms, tax systems, retirement accounts, email, phones, passwords, identity verification, and workplace technology.
That creates real risk.
For most workers, a phone, email account, and password are no longer just personal tools. They are the control center for their money, identity, benefits, healthcare, insurance, and access to work. When one account is compromised, the damage does not always stay in one place. It can spread into a paycheck, a bank account, a benefits portal, a credit profile, or a family’s personal information.
Sovereign Workforce Solutions exists to help workers understand those systems and protect themselves before something goes wrong.
We believe digital protection is worker protection.
A hacked account can mean a stolen paycheck. A compromised email can turn into identity theft. A fake link can expose a family’s financial life. A weak password can put money, benefits, insurance, and personal information at risk.
Our mission is to make digital safety education clear, practical, affordable, and easy to access for working people and their families. We are building an education platform that helps workers protect their digital identity, financial identity, insurance identity, and personal information in a world most of us were never taught how to navigate. Because workers have too much to lose in the digital world, and no one should have to learn these lessons the hard way.
Jason Lord
Co-Founder
Jason has spent his career standing up for working people and helping protect workers’ rights at every level.
Over the years, his work has ranged from major contract negotiations to supporting individual workers when they needed someone in their corner. Through that experience, Jason has built a deep understanding of the challenges workers face, the systems they have to navigate, and the importance of making sure working people have a real voice.
Jason also brings strong experience in digital asset management, digital protection, and modern workforce security. He understands that today’s workers are not just dealing with jobs, wages, benefits, and contracts. They are also being asked to manage technology, online accounts, payroll systems, insurance platforms, financial tools, identity protection, and digital access in ways many people were never properly taught.
Through Sovereign Workforce Solutions, Jason is focused on helping workers feel more prepared, more protected, and more confident in the modern economy. His goal is to provide practical education and worker-first training that gives people the tools they need to protect themselves and their families.
Jason is excited to continue fighting for workers in a new way and to help build a stronger, safer, and more informed workforce.
David Graves
Co-Founder
David has spent his career advocating for workers, labor rights, and the future of the labor movement.
His work has taken him to Washington, D.C., Sacramento, and Minneapolis, where he has served as a labor strategist, lobbyist, advocate, and educator. Across all of that work, David has stayed focused on one core belief: working people deserve real protection, real education, and a stronger voice in the systems that shape their lives.
Coming from humble beginnings, David understands what it means to be overlooked by systems that are supposed to protect people. That perspective has shaped his commitment to standing with workers, whether on the jobsite, in the workplace, or in the policy spaces where major decisions are made.
Over the years, David has built experience in digital protection, insurance systems, labor law, and workforce strategy. He understands that today’s workers are not only dealing with wages, benefits, contracts, and job security. They are also being asked to navigate digital systems that control their money, identity, healthcare, insurance, payroll, and access to work.
Through Sovereign Workforce Solutions, David is focused on helping workers better understand these systems and protect themselves in a changing economy.
David is dedicated to helping build a stronger 21st-century labor movement, and he believes that starts with giving workers practical knowledge they can use to protect themselves, their families, and their future.
